FIELD: oil pollution protection. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to non- corrosive oil pollutants with physical characteristics differing from those of water. Apparatus has floating oil-collection means and oil- drainage system. The former is made in the form of four floating drums fastened to sides of quadratic pan by holders and combined with common drive through driveline. Outside surfaces of the drums are covered by fleecy coating with pile length at least 10 mm. These surfaces tightly contact with spring-loaded scrapers in the form of comb. Scrapers turn into trays connected with drainage system in the form of oil-admission funnel of the admission device of centrifugal pump provided with flexible discharge hose.
