FIELD: oil and gas producing industry; applicable in development of oil gas deposits and also deposits of underground produced waters. SUBSTANCE: method includes withdrawal of fluids through producing wells and injection of working agent through injection wells with subsequent final exploration of deposit and determination of its boundaries. During determination of deposit boundaries in the region of producing deposits in Earth crust, determined in sedimentary rocks are zones of solidified rocks with zero permeability and zones of incoherent rocks with permeability of reservoir rocks located under zones of solidified rocks. Subject to determination are sizes and configuration of zone with incoherent rocks and subject to analysis are shape, thickness and area of zone of consolidated rocks. In case of presence of dome shape and thickness and area values of zone of solidified rocks being sufficient for checking the ascending flows of fluids, a producing well is drilled through dome shape of solidified rocks to zone of incoherent rocks. Determined in zone of incoherent rocks are reservoir beds and nonreservoir beds. Subject to production test are reservoir beds beginning from the lower reservoir bed. In case of inflow of producing fluids, well is put into operation and further development of well pattern of producing wells is determined depending on reservoir properties of reservoir bed. EFFECT: increased accuracy in determination of producing deposit reserves and their recovery.
