FIELD: production of magnets. SUBSTANCE: composition contains, wt.-%: magnetic powder, 87-92.5; calcium or zinc stearate, 0.2-0.5; castor oil, 0.2-0.5; dioctylphthalate, 0.15-0.3; acid chromium salt, 0.2-1.05; layered silicate, 0.2-1.0; pyrite cinder, 0.1-1.0; polyamide, the balance. To manufacture anisotropic magnets, acid chromium salt of general formula $$$, such as $$$ or $$$ is admixed to solid ferrite magnetic powder of general formula MO . n $$$, where M = Sr, Ba, and n = 4.4-6.2 and with specific surface area 0.4-0.8 sq. m/g. These components are mixed by dry technique. Resulting powder is annealed and mixed with finely divided layered silicate (vermiculite, talc), calcium or zinc stearate, pyrite cinder, polyamide and castor oil taken in the amount of 50% of its total content. Remaining 50% of castor oil and dioctylphthalate are added to be mixed with other components in molten stage, Magnets are shaped at 240-250 C. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 cl, 2 tbl
