FIELD: composite materials. SUBSTANCE: invention, in particular, relates to composites based on thermoplastics, their wastes, and dispersed fillers and can be useful in manufacturing high-quality building and other materials, furniture and other household and industrial articles. Objective is achieved by that treatment and mixing of components are carried out involving in-flow triboactivation technique with particle velocity from 10 to 40 m/s and molding is accomplished under known temperature parameters within melt flowability 0.1 to 5.5 g/10 min. When magnetic compositions are processed, magnetic powder of rare-earth metal alloys is used with additives to adjust flowability index to value within a range of 1 to 5.5 g/10 min.
