SUBSTANCE: proposed antenna has bandwidth not less than two octaves, cardiod and biggest dimension not exceeding 0.2 maximum working wave length. Antenna includes dipole in the form of plate 1 of predominantly square form, counterweight in the form of plate 2 , aid for connection of dipole and counterweight to transmission line. Plate-counterweight 2 has rectangular shape and its longer side is bent in plane orthogonal to plate-dipole 4, plate-dipole 1 is positioned between edges 6 of second plate of counterweight complanarly to plane including these edges 6.
