FIELD: radio engineering, in particular, generation of video signal for optical or infrared image from aircraft. SUBSTANCE: device has on-board equipment 1 and ground equipment 2. Optical transducer of on-board equipment is designed as two converters with identical band-pass light filters at their inputs. One transducer is designed using linear photodetectors 4, second one is designed using matrix photodetectors 5. In addition analog-to-digital converters 6, 7 and frame generator 8 may be connected through information compression units. In addition control unit may have self-test information generator 21. Frame generator may be connected to transmitter 10 through additional commutator 24, 25. Memory unit of on-board equipment may be designed as several autonomous units. Control unit 9 may have telemetry information analysis unit. EFFECT: increased efficiency, increased information flow, increased speed. 6 cl, 7 dwg
