Optical transducer of on-board equipment is designed as two converters with identical band-pass light filters at their inputs. One transducer is designed using linear photodetectors 4, second one is designed using matrix photodetectors 5. In addition analog-to-digital converters 6, 7 and frame generator 8 may be connected through information compression units. In addition control unit may have self-test information generator 21. Frame generator may be connected to transmitter 10 through additional commutator 24, 25. Memory unit of on-board equipment may be designed as several autonomous units.
