Digital information that is read from each stage is recorded to corresponding magnetic tape storage unit 9. information from storage units 9 is transmitted in series to radio transmitter 11 through commutator 10. Speed of reading is lesser than that of writing. additional decrement of information flow is achieved by additional reduction of redundancy in information flow compression unit 7. Low-orbit earth satellite transmits information through relay station of earth-stationary satellite to earth station.
