FIELD: medicine, medicinal equipment, endoscopic surgery. SUBSTANCE: needle holder has a fixed handle with clamping working plane upon an edge surface and a canal for telescopic connection with detachable clamping sponge. Along the perimeter of a sponge clamping working planes are designed as protuberances connected by two axial connections with mobile handle. There is also a flexible closed arched needle guide with openings for free rotation along longitudinal axis of detachable clamping sponge. EFFECT: higher efficiency to exclude reciprocating movements of an instrument at fastening tissues with a needle and orient surgical needle at correct position against longitudinal axis of needle holder at its fixation. 11 dwg
