FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has elongated base having centrally located groove and unit for receiving cassette which plane is in parallel relation to longitudinal base axis. Movable matrix has rotation axle provided with tooth, anvil and central protrusion forming when taken together, fixing comb of a clamp. The matrix also has U-shaped groove and is joined together by means of movable connection through driving unit being spring-operated shaft with pusher. Proximal part of the pusher has two carried beveled pins and longitudinal groove which size is less than that of the anvil and fixed part of clamp comb having its longitudinal axis running in parallel to the longitudinal axis of base and unit for receiving cassette.
