FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: detachable cassette has central arc-shaped clip channel bent along longitudinal axis. Number of identical clips with L-shaped legs and combs are arranged in clip channel. Comb is made as an arc directed towards parallel parts of clip legs. Pusher has end part provided with obtuse-angled projections which internal edges are positioned at an acute angle to longitudinal axis of pusher and coupled by arc-shaped jumper. Chute-like matrix includes anvil in the form of arc corresponding to form of clip comb, and drive is made as a handle bent at an obtuse angle. EFFECT: simplified construction of appliance, better correlation of skin layers. 12 dwg
