SUBSTANCE: one should isolate affected part of loaded condyle area, take a viable autotransplant from anterior unloaded femoral department of similar sizes at kept hyaline cartilage and architectonics of bony tissue to fix them rigidly into the channel of loaded condyle, compromised autotransplant should be applied into the channel of unloaded condyle to provide autotransplant's viability with kept hyaline cartilage and architectonics, compensating the defect in unloaded area of femoral condyle followed by developing scar-altered cartilage. The method enables to avoid metal constructions to fix autotransplant.
