FIELD: cleaning air and gas from dust and dirt in living and industrial rooms. SUBSTANCE: filter cell includes corona electrodes and end panels with beads. Arranged between end panels on electrode holders in alternating order are immovable charged and earthed electrodes of precipitator made in the form of flat plates. Each corona electrode is located on one plate with charged electrode and is made in the form of equidistant teeth in plane of charged electrodes.
