FIELD: casting of aluminum alloys. SUBSTANCE: given process includes continuous feed of aluminium alloy into mould, removal of heat from area of molten metal, treatment of molten metal in mould by spatially inhomogeneous magnetic field with increase of magnetic induction vector along crystallization zone in direction of travel of casting, crystallization and formation of casting produced on base of aluminium alloy having per cent by mass of magnesium 9.5-11.5; zirconium 0.05-0.2; beryllium 0.03- 0.15; titanium 0.02-0.10, aluminium being the balance. Produced alloy has dense homogeneous fine-crystal structure with particles uniformly distributed in matrix with dispersity from 5000 to 20000 . Process of manufacture of intermediate articles from specified alloy includes homogenization, pressing at temperature not exceeding 350 C, rolling at temperature not exceeding 350 C, hardening and manufacture of intermediate articles displaying cold state deformability of 9.5 mm by Ericsen in combination with ultimate strength for tension not above 370 MPa.
