FIELD: mine machinery; delivery of loose materials in workings; delivery of coal to coal chutes under shield support. SUBSTANCE: scraper conveyor has traction member with articulated scrapers, reciprocating-action drive and conveyor suspension system under shield support. Scrapers are made in form of curved plates with brackets by means of which plates are hinge-connected to traction member, plates being hinge connected with each other by rigid tie-rod. Pitch t of scrapers on traction member exceeds radius R turning of scraper cutting edge. Travel 1 of reciprocation drive is ether equal to or is several times greater than pitch t of scrapers installed on traction member (1=kt where k=1,2,3...).
