SUBSTANCE: the essence of invention consists in that ore drawing shaft is sunk from mounting layer, for instance, pit bottom in central part. Radial face is formed from shaft in which powered support is mounted with inclined guard shield within the range of operation of powered mining complex. A row of vertical air courses are drilled and connected with ventilating shaft on haulage horizon. Contact trench is excavated over contact of kimberlite pipe with country rocks. Contact trench is equipped with equipment for trench excavation and portable hydraulically powered posts. As trench excavation proceeds, they are connected with air courses. All area of kimberlite pipe is covered with flexible guard roofing made for semiwave bending in rotary displacement under it of powered mining complex with guard shield arranged round ore drawing shaft in layer downward excavation of kimberlite pipe. Flexible guard roofing is made of radially laid guard beams. Longitudinal intervals between guard beams are overlapped by common isolating roofing on which layer of loose material is laid. Guard beams are interconnected by Connecting strips in form of concentric circumferences round ore drawing shaft and laid with step not exceeding the width of powered support unit.
