FIELD: laser engineering; applicable in restoring of cleanness of material surface by removal of corrosion, oil spots, etc, and also in radioactive decontamination of materials due to evaporation of surface oxide film concentrating the main bulk of nuclides. SUBSTANCE: the needed technical result is achieved due to the fact that additionally introduced into device is spectral transducer for determination in plasma jet of relative content of metal oxide found on treated surface. Transducer output is electrically connected with mechanism of material motion and high-voltage input of electrooptical Q-spoiler. Optical device for radiation focussing is made in form of successively arranged coaxially with laser a concave spherical mirror with central hole whose diameter exceeds the aperture of laser radiation, and reflecting cone with its vertex facing hole of concave mirror.
