FIELD: pneumatic tyres. SUBSTANCE: first tyre casing blank with shaped beads and breaker-tread band is assembled. Casing blank is installed on shaping drum and fixed by internal of beads; their external ends are clamped in axis direction from casing center to flat plane. Casing threads are uniformly loaded by building up high unit pressure on casing inner walls in circumvent zone, and casing threads are kept loaded until assembly is completed. casing blank is being shaped up to conjugation with breaker-tread band. Unit pressure in circumvent zone is 1.2 to 1.8 times higher than that in casing shaping cavity at instant of its duplication with breaker- tread band. Then final assembly is carried out. EFFECT: enhanced quality of assembly due to prevention of end deformation of beads and uniform tension of casing cord threads. 3 dwg
