FIELD: automotive industry; stabilizing body by means of aerodynamic devices. SUBSTANCE: rear spoiler is made in form of hollow profile of U-shaped section in plan. It consists of two side members and cross web connecting the members. Web is made in form of aerofoil profile in form of wing in cross section widening backwards owing to rise of upper part of profile. Lower surfaces of side members are curved to follow shape of upper surface of rear wings. Slots made in lower part of side members are designed for mounting fasteners. Fastener is clamping device consisting of screw one end of which is secured in slot, and the other end carries pressure lip. Web is somewhat curved upwards and is provided with additional supports in form of ribs. Stop lights are mounted on spoiler. Spoiler is light weight and strong and is reliably secured on side edge of luggage carrier which precludes damaging body members. EFFECT: improved stabilization of automobile body. 2 cl, 4 dwg
