SUBSTANCE: basket frame is partially assembled by connecting three aerodynamic profiles into a U-shaped structure, for this purpose the adjacent aerodynamic profiles are bolted to the angle brackets, carriages with eyelets and fixing bolts with thumb screws are inserted in the side T-shaped grooves of the metal plates of the base of the basket, metal corners with mounting holes are screwed thereto, basket base is assembled by screwing metal plates to the ends of the slabs, metal slabs of the basket base are inserted in the guide T-shaped grooves of the side aerodynamic profiles of the U-shaped structure, metal plates are screwed to the bases of the T-shaped grooves, corner brackets are bolted to the ends of the side profiles of the U-shaped structure, closing aerodynamic profile is bolted between said brackets, so that to form a rectangular structure, which encloses the basket base, from the aerodynamic profiles, plastic linings are screwed on top of the corner brackets.
EFFECT: reliability of the car trunk basket, the site assembly of the trunk by the user.
