FIELD: shipbuilding; device is used for locating causes of abnormal consumption of fuel by propulsive complex. SUBSTANCE: device includes running speed sensor, fuel hourly consumption sensor, power sensor, rotational speed sensor, individual indication unit, logic processing unit, information representation unit, fairway depth sensor, propeller diagnosis unit and engine diagnosis unit. Output of rotational speed sensor is connected with combined first inputs of propeller and engine diagnosis units whose second combined inputs are connected with output of fuel hourly consumption sensor. Third input of propeller diagnosis unit is connected with output of running speed sensor; first output is connected with first input of logic processing unit; second output is connected with first input of individual indication unit whose second input is connected with second output of diagnosis unit. Third of engine diagnosis unit is connected with output of power sensor; first output is connected with second input of logic processing unit whose third input is connected with output of fairway depth sensor and fourth input is connected with output of fuel hourly consumption sensor. First, second and third outputs of logic processing unit are connected respectively with first, second and third inputs of information representation unit.
