FIELD: measuring instruments and apparatuses. SUBSTANCE: hygrometer includes measuring chamber 1 being cold conduit in the form of cylinder whose inner surface serves as condensation mirror 2, cooler, circuit for registering dew point having irradiator 5, photodetector 12 and heat sensitive member. Gas inlet duct 10 is arranged at side of photodetector 12. Gas discharge duct is arranged at side of irradiator 5. Hygrometer allows to enhance accuracy of registering dew point at simultaneously lowering power of cooler and time period for cooling mirror of hygrometer. EFFECT: improved design. 1 dwg
