FIELD: nuclear medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves detection of charge of acupuncture point which is related to body part under investigation, checking radioactive exposition using charge in this acupuncture point, detection of absolute value of exposition by means of calibration of charge using external radioactive source with known characteristics. Corresponding device is designed as detector of electric signal in acupuncture point. Said detector has active and passive electrodes. Active electrode has probe, contact electrode and screen. In addition device has converter of pulse electric signal which is designed as converter of charge to voltage, amplifier which conditions pulses of converted voltage, and analyzer of spectrum of pulse amplitude distribution. EFFECT: monitoring of exposition of person, in particular, by radioactive nuclides, prevention of health injury during physiotherapy, drug or X-ray treatment. 12 cl, 2 dwg
