SUBSTANCE: method for continuous monitoring of human radiation exposure contains stages in which the dosimetric system is integrated directly into clothing, scintillation fibre is used as detectors in an elastic casing that reflects optical radiation, several measuring channels are created from scintillation fibres, each of which is placed in different parts of clothing, results measurements of individual channels are integrated to assess the irradiation of individual organs, limiting the time of work under conditions of exposure to ionizing radiation if the permissible radiation dose limit for one of the organs is exceeded.

EFFECT: providing continuous operational differential measurement of the parameters of ionizing radiation in various areas of the human body.
