FIELD: automatic control, in particular, design of systems which controls cyclic objects with delay. SUBSTANCE: device has adder, detector of input signal, detector of output signal, serial circuit of first subtraction unit and model of controlled object without delay, serial circuit of second subtraction unit, first delay gate, third subtraction unit and scaling unit, second delay gate. Output of scaling unit is connected to first input of adder. Output of second subtraction unit is connected to first input of third subtraction unit and second input of adder, which output serves as output of device. EFFECT: increased precision of estimation of output. 1 tbl, 4 dwg
