FIELD: food production industry. SUBSTANCE: plant is intended for producing granules of protein matter simulating natural caviar obtained from valuable kinds of fish. Plant has body in the form of cylinder. Upper part of cylinder 1 is provided with heater 2. Lower part of cylinder has branch pipe 6 with air nozzle 5 in its lower portion, and curved pipe 7 in its upper portion directed towards separator 8. Separator has screen 10, trough 9, pan 11, and funnel 12 with extruder 23 which is provided with replaceable shortened extruding needles which together create closed ethnological process of moulding, forming, cooling, and elevation of ready granules by means of airlift. Aforesaid plant ensures high productivity and quality close to quality of natural product. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 dwg
