FIELD: artificial caviar production. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hermetical container with oval-shaped window and safety valve with weight, unions with faucets and pressing member on closure provided with sealing member. Container is filled with protein mass, closed and heated to temperature of 70-80 C. Air pressure is supplied till safety valve is actuated and protein mass is conveyed to extruder under constant pressure till it is completely consumed. EFFECT: increased efficiency, improved quality of caviar granules, improved working and hygienic conditions, elimination of worker's hands burning. 2 dwg
