FIELD: rail vehicles.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway track superstructure, in particular to intermediate rail fasteners. Rail fastening includes under-rail gasket, anchors, insulating anchor plates, insulating side inserts and M-shaped terminals with hold-down insulators. Anchors are made with Y-shaped lower part and two parallel profiles of head with front, top and side walls. Lateral inserts are made frame with cutout in front support face. In the front part of the cutout there is a ledge partially overlapping the front wall of the anchor, on which the closed part of the terminal rests. On lower surface of insulating plate there are cross-shaped ledges. Insulating plate is put into half-sleeper during its manufacturing. On upper surface of plate there are L-shaped protrusions, clinging to mating part of anchor head, as well as grooves, in which upper edges of Y-shaped part of anchor are inserted.

EFFECT: uniform distribution of load on fastened rail and tie.
