FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: machine has frame with drive and clipping tool provided with shaft guides of different length. Guides are secured on shaft in position perpendicular to shaft axis. Guide ends remote from shaft are connected in series with clipping members so as to define predetermined fancy-pattern clipping contour. Clipping tool may be formed as shaft with clipping member secured in at least two points. Length of clipping member is selected in accordance with predetermined clipping contour. Shaft may be provided with at least one clipping member attached with its one end at one point to shaft, with other end of clipping member being attached to guide, which is positioned perpendicular to shaft so as to define predetermined clipping contour. When drive is switched, shaft is actuated for rotation and clipping member acquires predetermined shape under the action of inertial force to provide for fancy pattern clipping of lawn or green fence.
