FIELD: medicine, therapy. SUBSTANCE: the main components of agent that is used for wounds treatment are balsamic substance and gel-forming base. Bornyl- or isobornyl acetate is used as a balsamic substance at the following ratio, wt.-%: bornyl - or isobornyl acetate 10.0-15.0, and gel-forming base 85.0-90.0. Agent accelerates necrotic tissues rejection, decreases healing time and stimulates development of young granulation tissue, promotes formation of epithelial layer.
