FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying fetal placenta, brain, amniotic tunic and cutanomuscular complex tissues suspension taken in 4:1.5:1.5:3 proportion to pretreated wound surface. Suspension amount is not less than 10 ml per 30-45 cm3 of wound surface. Fetal tissues of placenta, lung and brain are applied at various points of the frontal abdominal cavity in the amount of 1 g of tissue per 5 ml of cryopreservative agent. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; prevented wound infection.
