FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: method deals with mobilization of an organ, preparation of portal area along fastening of segmental vessels. Before resection of damaged splenic part a ligature is directed via splenic entrance. Ligature is applied along interlobar groove and intersegmental patterns. Then ligature splenic compression is conducted along resection line. An organ cutting is peritonized by mobilized strand of a greater omentum together with the kept axial blood supply and suture fixation through omentum tissue and splenic tissue by circular ligature. EFFECT: higher efficiency of operation at splenic trauma due to keeping maximal quantity of splenic tissue with a main-line blood supply, preventing a capillary bleeding in resection area and increasing the reliability of peritonization. 3 dwg
