SUBSTANCE: this can be used in carrying out mass gambling games for example for additional stimulation of passengers in selection of transportation facilities or route. Lottery game method consists in that participants of game having their paid travelling tickets or documents individually buy identification certificates from company which produces these certificates, and money received from selling certificates is invested by aforesaid company in production sphere for making profit. Travelling documents or tickets oblige transportation enterprise to bring passengers to point of destination. Aforesaid profit obtained from production sphere is periodically transferred for paying as reward to participants of game. Drawing according to law of accidental numbers is carried out by agency by selecting determined proportion of certificates from all sold certificates. Selection is performed in two successive stages. At first stage, winning are considered all certificates whose owners received transportation services for travelling over determined length of route for longer time than indicated in travelling documents or in time-table.
