SUBSTANCE: electrode coating comprises (wt %): 59-61 potassium chlorate; 9-11 calcium carbonate and 28-32 titanium magnetite of Kuranakh ore deposit. Said coating makes it possible to produce deposited metal or seam metal at low welding current values in the form of soft steel of high processibility.
