FIELD: main rotors of helicopters. SUBSTANCE: blade includes lower portion 6a and upper portion 6b of its envelope, front member 9 and rear member 10 for filling this envelope and spar 7 made from composite material consisting of the same thermoplastic matrix made from synthetic PEEK resin reinforced with carbon fibers. Spar 7 extends beyond envelope by fastening part of blade rigidly connected with loop-shaped or laminate fastening part used for connecting the rotor hub and made from the same thermoplastic composite material. Method consists in assembly of prefabricated elementary parts: spar 7 and lower and upper portions 6a of blade envelope by means of injection moulding of liquefied thermoplastic composite material with short reenforcing fibers used for moulding the blade envelope filling members 9 and 10.
