FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: result is achieved by means of the unidirectional reinforcing filler for the production of fiber-reinforced composite materials using a process of injection moulding and vacuum infusion. Wherein the unidirectional reinforcing filler comprises continuous unidirectional rovings oriented in the direction along the web of the reinforcing filler and bonded together with a thermoplastic and / or a thermosetting binder. Wherein the reinforcing filler having the upper and the lower surface is provided with elements facilitating the penetration of the resin into the reinforcement filler in the transverse direction relative to the orientation of the unidirectional roving during the reinforcing filler packets impregnation. The elements facilitating the impregnation are single monofilaments or a beam of several monofilaments fastened together, forming the resin distribution channels in the transverse direction with respect to the orientation of the unidirectional rovings. Moreover, single monofilaments, or beams of several monofilaments fastened together, in compression have the cross section ratio of width to height not more than 2, and form on either side of themselves the transverse distribution channels extending from one longitudinal edge of the unidirectional reinforcing filler to its opposite longitudinal edge.
