SUBSTANCE: device has articulated turnable column, boom with operating mechanism is form of tongs and their hydraulic drive and hydraulic control system with hydraulic distributors and mechanical control system kinematically coupled with hydraulic system. Mechanical control system is made in form of two handles installed for three-coordinate movement, each being simultaneously coupled with hydraulic mechanisms, and two pedals, each coupling working spaces of hydraulic drive of corresponding mechanism of boom directly with drain, thus providing hydraulic cutoff from hydraulic distributors controlled by handles.
