MOUNTED MANIPULATOR HYDRAULIC DRIVE Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering; hydraulic drives of mounted-type boom loaders. SUBSTANCE: proposed hydraulic drive has boom and arm lifting hydraulic cylinders 4, 6, two mechanically coupled hydraulic cylinders 8, 9 of boom turning mechanism, and three-section hydraulic distributors unit 11 mounted on tractor and communicating with pumping station and with drain line. Lines of unit first section are connected to arm lifting hydraulic cylinder, lines of second section are connected to boom lifting hydraulic cylinder, and those of third section, to first and second lines of additional three-position six-line hydraulic distributor mounted on manipulator. Third and fourth lines of six-line hydraulic distributor are connected with tractor mounting equipment lifting hydraulic cylinders, and fifth and sixth lines, with rod spaces of boom turning hydraulic cylinders, each of these spaces being hydraulically coupled through restrictors with piston space of opposite turning hydraulic cylinder. With additional hydraulic distributor in first position, its first line communicates with third line, and second line, with fourth line. In middle position, first and second lines in communication with each other, and in third position, first line communicates with fifth line, and second line, with sixth line. EFFECT: simplified design and facilitated servicing of manipulator. 1 dwg
