SUBSTANCE: method includes preliminary treatment of sprayed additive by introduction of deoxidizers and components ensuring concentration supercooling of intergranular fluid in ratios providing for self-maintaining process of metamorphization of structure of sprayed layer and degassing of liquid phase to enhance adhesion of layer deposited by spraying with base and to reduce porosity of coating.
