FIELD: thermal engineering; electric power generation by means of low- potential heat and heat accumulated in chemical and fossil fuel. SUBSTANCE: process involves compression of gaseous working medium by means of supercharger followed by its expansion and conversion of its compression energy to work at low temperature of working medium; then working medium heat is recovered with aid of external heat-carrying agent; liquid humidifier is injected in working medium by means of sprayer and compressed together with working medium while continuously spraying and saturating the latter with humidifier steam; this process is completed before starting mentioned expansion which is made in power turbine while condensing humidifier steam and converting its latent heat into mechanical work and then into electricity for feeding external load and for loss compensation. Working medium heat is recovered due to heat- carrying agent circulating through heat exchanger or due to hydrogen combustion. Power turbine is used to drive supercharger.
