FIELD: transportation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas transportation via main gas pipelines. Combined power gas turbine expander unit of the main gas pipeline compressor station consists of a drive gas turbine plant containing a gas generator, a power gas turbine and a natural gas blower. Regenerative heat exchanger is installed in exhaust gas duct of power gas turbine. Power gas turbine plant includes a combustion chamber, a gas turbine, an electric generator, an additional heat exchange device installed in an exhaust pipe of the gas turbine, and a compressor. Compressor is connected through pressure air duct with combustion chamber of power gas turbine plant by first compressed air pipeline through regenerative heat exchanger of drive gas turbine plant, as well as the second compressed air pipeline – through an additional heat exchanger. Gas turbine expander unit is additionally equipped with turboexpander made with controlled nozzle guide vane and coupled shaft with compressor of gas turbine power plant, high-pressure fuel gas heater, medium pressure fuel gas heater, hot heat carrier pipeline, cooled coolant pipeline with pump. Control device connected via pulse lines to the controlled nozzle unit of the turbine expander, which allows maintaining the required pressure in the medium-pressure fuel gas pipeline. Additional heat exchange apparatus is equipped with a regenerative surface serving for heating compressed air supplied to the combustion chamber of the power gas turbine plant and a heat carrier heating surface supplied to the heater of high pressure fuel gas and medium pressure fuel gas.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase heat efficiency of combined utilization of power gas turbine plant of compressor station.
