FIELD: heat power engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed system has high-temperature circulation circuit with steam generator for getting superheated stem to be used as main working medium for first expander coupled with first generator of electric energy obtained at conversion of apparent heat of working medium into work. Condenser installed at its outlet is designed for transmission of latent heat of main working medium to cold source-auxiliary working medium, in low-temperature circulation circuit including liquid supply devices, liquid boiling temperature exceeding maximum ambient temperature. Condenser is made in form of steam-gas condenser-heat exchanger playing the part of cooler for main working medium and heater for auxiliary working medium. Low- temperature circulation circuit uses gas as working medium, gas boiling temperature being lower than melting temperature of above indicated liquid. It is made in form of atomizer of compressor, compression ratio from 1.25 to 1.7. Second expander is mechanically coupled with second electric energy generator with output power equal to up to 1.5 of rated output power of first generator. Liquid supply devices are connected to atomizer to provide introduction of liquid into heated auxiliary working medium for saturating it with vapors at compression in compressor with subsequent conversion of apparent and latent heat into work in second expander, both by energy of expansion of auxiliary working medium and by heat of condensation of steam of humidifier getting into open collector of humidifier and, through condensate pump, into atomizer. EFFECT: provision of complete conversion of apparent and latent heat into electric energy. 8 cl, 1 tbl, 2 dwg
