SUBSTANCE: plant has support with shaft that mounts blades; working part of each blade is made in the form of swivel gills protruding above calm sea level by two thirds of their height and mounted on post; shaft is installed below wave-forming level and coupled with water pump which is connected through pipeline to hydroelectric generator. EFFECT: provision for uninterrupted operation of plant irrespective of power of storm waves. 2 dwg
