FIELD: hydroelectric power engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant has supporting structure and wave energy head in the form of blade hinged in hard rubber bearings and kinematically coupled with pump connected through piping to coastal water-wheel generator; blade is installed on supporting structure with aid of posts and hub and is provided with counterweight; supporting structure bearings are fully immersed in calm water and blade is immersed through one third of its height. Plant may be provided with additional energy heads whose pumps are connected to water-wheel generator piping. EFFECT: improved reliability. 3 cl, 2 dwg
