FIELD: materials handling; packing of bottles. SUBSTANCE: bottle holder has main panel with pair of side panels connected to side edges of main panel at bending. Main panel and two auxiliary panels have holes in form of keyhole. Zones of cutouts are made along side edges of each auxiliary panel. They serve for straddling the bottle necks after bending of one of auxiliary panels for overlapping the main panel and overlapping this auxiliary panel with other auxiliary panel being bent down.
