FIELD: civil engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed device is related to special-purpose lifting devices designed for lifting platform, mounting cradles or cabins on trucks to provide any required operating position for workers and directly to devices for suspending mounting cradles on truck tower boom. Device has shock absorber, overload safeguard made in form of dynamometer with linear displacement-to-control signal converter. Lever mechanism of device is made in form of two interconnected brackets hinge-coupled with boom, post secured on support platform of mounting cradle at its edge, at least three main levers (two upper and one lower levers) and two additional levers, upper and lower ones, each being hinge connected with bracket at one side and with post at other side. Upper main lever attachment hinge joints are arranged in plane parallel to lower main lever. Additional lever attachment hinge joints are arranged on parallel straight lines in plane arranged at angle to main levers. Shock absorber and dynamometer are hinge connected at one side with brackets, and at other side, with post. Line passing through dynamometer attachment hinge joints is located at angle to main upper lever arrangement plane. EFFECT: enhanced safety in operation, prevention of overload on truck tower boom. 5 cl, 9 dwg
