FIELD: mechanical engineering; materials handling facilities; special-purpose hoisting devices for platforms, mounting baskets or cabins. SUBSTANCE: device has lever mechanism made in form of two pairs of levers connected to each other. Levers of first pair are hinge-connected at one side with support member of boom and at other side, through additional levers, with support flat of mounting basket. Levers of second pair are hinge-connected at one side with support member of boom and at other side, with support flat of mounting basket. Device has load safeguard made in form of dynamometer with linear displacement-into-control signal converter. Hinge joints of first pair of levers coupled with boom support member are located on line passing at angle to line of location of hinge joints of second pair of levers. At one side dynamometer is hinge connected with bracket secured on support flat on mounting basket, and at other side it is hinge-connected with support member of boom.
