FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: proposed slewing circle of hydraulic manipulator has frame base in form of hollow housing with two spaced in height load-bearing plates rigidly coupled by means of welded-to-hollow case with central tunnel pipe and with outer shell enclosing the pipe over outline, thus forming slot-type space, and welded-to cross support beams arranged between them with mechanical closure to each other. Support beams are provided with extensible beams with hinge-mounted outriggers and turning post for connection of hydraulic manipulator boom. Post turning mechanism is made in form of mounted worm reduction gear installed on upper load-bearing plate of housing through self-aligning spherical ring and secured on upper load-bearing plate by support feet by means of variable rigidity axial shock absorbing suspensions. Mechanical stops orientated in circumference are welded on load-bearing plate at place of arranged of reduction gear feet. Spacers engaging with side walls of reduction gear feet are provided.
