FIELD: processing of lead wastes containing antimony, tin and copper, for example, dross of fire refining of lead, dusts and cakes of blister copper converting. SUBSTANCE: method includes loading of wastes and carbon reducer into melt of salts of alkali and alkali-earth metals, successive reduction with production of lead-base alloy with total content of lead, antimony, and copper in melt maintained within 28-38 wt.%. When content of copper reaches 20-21%, loading is discontinued and reducer in the amount of 25-30% of weight of heavy nonferrous metals in melt is added, and melting is continued up to reduction of copper concentration in carbonate melt down to 1-2%. Obtained alloy is cooled down to 380-400 C with continuous removal of alloy rich in copper. For production of lead alloy with low content of copper, wastes and dusts of shaft furnaces are loaded in ratio of 1:1. EFFECT: simplified method of wastes processing; high recovery of valuable components in obtained alloy; provision for one stage of processing to fully withdrawn antimony, tin and copper in lead alloy; reduction of number of slags and production of black lead and copper-base alloy suitable for production of babbitt and bronze. 3 cl, 4 tbl
