FIELD: nonferrous metallurgy, particularly, methods of processing of lead wastes containing noble and rare metals. SUBSTANCE: method include charge of wastes in mixture with reducer into melt of alkali metal carbonates, melting and reduction of charge at temperature of 870-1050 C with production of lead alloy containing noble metals and it withdrawal. Charged into remaining melt are carbonates of alkali metal, a new portion of initial charge and process is repeated until accumulation in melt at least 18% of arsenic, 2-10% of selenium, and 2-3% of tellurium. Then melt enriched with rare metals is discharged. Ratio of wastes mass and reducer is maintained 1: (0.12-0.25), and ratio of carbonates melt mass and loaded charge is 1: (0.1-0.27). EFFECT: complex processing of lead wastes with production of crude lead and rare metals concentrates and extraction of noble and rare metals. 4 cl, 4 tbl, 4 ex
