SUBSTANCE: coordinates and parameters of missile motion are determined at the control center, data on the condition of environment on the test route are obtained and, according to them, probability of out-of-standard change of missile flight path and probable pollution ground surface, water basins and air is predicted. According to the forecast data, a command either on flight continuation or deflection from the flight path and destruction of missile in the area with minimum damage to the environment is transmitted to the missile.
